My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
The staff were incredibly friendly! The location was perfect for exploring the waterfront, and the affordable price made it a great choice for couples.
The decor feels a bit outdated and could use refreshing. Parking was also a bit tricky at times.

historic building, spacious family room, kids play area
Rooms throughout the hotel exhibit outdated decor and furniture!!! Cleaning standards should be elevated, as messy surroundings and lack of fresh linens diminish the experience!!! The unpredictable temperature can make stays uncomfortable!!!

I loved my stay at Lighthouse Inn. The charm of this place is undeniable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the harbor and downtown Florence. My room was spacious with a comfy bed. I enjoyed the balcony, which added a nice touch. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome. Breakfast included delicious biscuits and gravy, which I couldn't get enough of. My only concern was the lack of a coffee maker in the room, but the coffee in the lobby was great. I did notice some areas needing attention, like a few worn-out furnishings and the need for fresh paint in some spots. Despite that, the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
